I rented the unit for family and friends to stay in while they visit with us in Steamboat. The size of the unit was great for gathering and offered plenty of space for all ages. The unit was very well appointed and furnished very nicely. The staff was wonderful to work with, very impressed! Only downside for my elder parents was the amount of stairs.

Location is great. Easy access to the base. Onsite ski valet is extremely handy and well staffed. Overall enjoyed the stay. The biggest heartburn was access to the hot tub. Walking outside to get to and from the hot tub in 20 degree weather wasn’t ideal. Secondly getting woken up at 6:00 am to am intermittent beep, beep, beeping sound from off our back window this morning was aggravating.
